About the role

Are you passionate about the beauty industry and helping students achieve their educational goals? Join our team at the London College of Beauty Therapy as an Events Executive!

You will play a crucial part in helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets for the London College of Beauty Therapy (part of Education for Industry Group). The primary aim of this role is to increase applicants and the conversion of these to enrolled learners to support our growth targets. Working closely with the Applicant Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the overall strategy to increase applications and conversion to enrolment, with specific responsibility for Open days, liaising with all internal depts to ensure a successful and smooth-running event leading to increased conversion, applicant days, online and external events.  

You will have specific responsibility for larger external recruitment events for diploma courses. This will incorporate organisation of stands, materials, staffing, and budgetary responsibility. You will need an understanding of the Beauty industry and the courses we offer to generate relevant, engaging content and campaigns.


About you

  • You will have previous experience in a Marketing or Events role and previous experience working with a CRM system.
  • You will have knowledge of social media platforms.
  • You will have an understanding of how CRM works and knowledge of how to create direct mails and customer lists.
  • You will need to be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as have a technical understanding of Webinar software.
  • You will have a qualification in a relevant subject and/or relevant work experience.
  • You will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be outgoing and friendly.
  • You will have strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You will have a positive outlook and be a natural collaborator and team player.

Salary:
