EXAMINATIONS MANAGER
Contract: 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year
Salary: NJC 19-22 £29,777 to £31,364 pro rata
This large secondary Academy is seeking a committed and self-motivated professional who can support our leadership and teaching teams by providing an outstanding exams management service.
This is a key role that will be responsible for leading and executing a timely and compliant annual examination plan, and so knowledge and experience of the public examinations system is essential. Personally, you will demonstrate calmness under pressure, the ability to adapt to changing priorities effectively, exceptional organisation and analytical skills, and forensic attention to detail. You will need to be resilient, and have the ability to deal with an unexpected problem without losing sight of the bigger picture.

North Kesteven Academy is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in Lincolnshire, serving students from the age of 11-18. The Academy is situated in Lincoln.
North Kesteven Academy was founded in 1961 as a grammar school. In 2015 the Academy school was identified as good by Ofsted. It converted to academy status in 2011.
