About Benedict House Preparatory School

A school for boys and girls from 2 and a half to 11 years of age.

Benedict House School is a non-selective prep school with a family atmosphere for boys and girls aged 2½ – 11 in the heart of Sidcup. The school has recently completed an extensive refurbishment programme and has a brand-new library, STEAM classroom, learning spaces and play areas as well as completely refurbished spacious classrooms.

Benedict House is known for the excellence of its teaching and the consequent high standard of academic achievement among pupils. Pupils are well prepared for the 11+ exam and the challenge of secondary school. The school’s success rate compares very favourably to local state and independent schools, with a consistently high percentage of pupils gaining entry into selective grammar and independent schools.
