We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Family Support Worker who wants to make a difference in our school community. Our newly appointed Family Support Worker will work alongside our Leadership and Inclusion Teams to provide a high-quality service offering practical help and emotional support to our families and children at Meadow Park Academy. Ideally the successful candidate will have completed at least an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent/relevant extensive experience working with children and young people or parents. Our ideal candidate will have experience working as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. This part of the role will support the Designated Safeguarding Lead in their responsibility for safeguarding and child protection across the school. Advising and supporting other members of staff on child welfare and child protection matters, liaising with relevant agencies.
