Finance and Administrative Assistant

Required for 25 - 28 hours per week / school term time plus 5 days

To be worked over 4 or 5 days, with some flexibility over start time (to be set between 8 – 9.30 am).

We are looking for an organized, meticulous and personable Finance and Administrative Assistant to join our high-performing and friendly Finance Office. You will be part of a dedicated team and will provide whole-school financial support, using several IT systems, ensuring the school’s financial procedures are followed. The successful candidate will have administrative and ideally some form of finance experience, strong IT skills and will be able to work to a high level of accuracy at all times. You will enjoy communicating professionally and warmly to provide excellent customer service for our school community.

25-28 hours per week/39 weeks per year/

Actual for 25 hours per week: £15,436 - £16,558 pa
