Full time 37.5hours week (0.5 hour unpaid lunch) with an option for hybrid working + Annual Leave entitlement. Part time applications will also be considered.

Salary: GR6/7 £28,867 to £34,302 FTE negotiable dependant on experience and subject to the 2024 pay review.

Due to the expansion of the finance function at London Academy of Excellence (LAE), we are seeking to recruit a Finance Officer to join our Finance team.

Working as part of a small team, the successful candidate will carry out tasks within the finance function including dealing with students financial support and bursary. The ideal candidate will work with high levels of accuracy, have attention to detail, high standards for the team, evidencing honesty and integrity throughout their role.

LAE can offer CPD and study support for the right candidate. Hybrid and flexible working as standard.

We welcome applicants with experience from both within and outside of the education sector.

LAE is an ambitious, academically selective sixth form in the heart of Stratford, close to the Olympic Park and just two minutes from Stratford Station (zone 3), with excellent links to all parts of London. It takes occupancy of a new larger building in Sept 2026.
