Our totally unique and innovative pedagogy produces students who are not only eager to learn, but who take ownership and responsibility for their learning outcomes.
Our self-directed learning model places students at the centre of all that we do and truly challenges traditional and dated teaching methods.

We understand the importance of a healthy work/life balance and we help reduce the stress for educators through our smaller class sizes and very strong and supportive engagement from the school’s leadership and school community.
We look to reward our staff for their hard work and efforts. Despite being in the fringe/outer district of London we look to pay salaries comparable to MPS/UPS inner London. We really do believe you get what you pay for and offer a range of other incentives including a reward scheme for bringing others to the organization and a bespoke CPD package tailored to your needs.
Our values are at the heart of everything we do, and they are truly lived throughout OSG Kenley, this is reflected in many ways but particularly through our vibrant student body committed to charity and fundraising
