Front Desk Apprentice – Adult Essential Skills Department

Sandwell College is excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Front Desk Apprentice in the Adult Essential Skills Department. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include handling enquiries, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We are looking for someone who already has Maths and English Grade C/4 or Level 2 Functionals Skills and is eager to work towards Level 3 in Business administration.

A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team is vital. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop essential professional skills in a college that values growth and learning.
