Functional Skills Tutor – 18 hours per week
Strode College has an exciting opportunity and are seeking a motivated and committed functional skills tutor to work alongside our apprentices and adult learners to support personal development and achievement.
The successful candidate will be able work alongside a team of friendly professionals to support a diverse range of learners within their current learning journeys and will motivate them to reach their goals and true potential within their chosen career paths. There will also be the opportunity to do additional casual hours delivering adult skills.

Contractual Details
Rate of Pay or Salary: £32,182 pro rata per annum
Working Time: 18 hours per week all year round.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Pension: Local Government Pensions Scheme
Leave entitlement: 29 days per year plus bank holidays and additional discretionary leave at Christmas. Pro rata for part time roles.
