Key Responsibilities:
· Program Coordination: Oversee the GCSE program, including curriculum development, implementation, and assessment to ensure academic excellence and alignment with ICS’s mission and educational goals.
· Curriculum Management: Develop and monitor curriculum guidelines, resources, and assessment frameworks for GCSE subjects, ensuring a rigorous and balanced program.
· Teacher Support: Collaborate with GCSE subject teachers, providing guidance and support in curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and assessment practices.
· Student Guidance: Work closely with students to monitor academic progress, support individual needs, and foster a supportive learning environment.
· Data Analysis: Analyze student performance data to identify trends, inform instructional practices, and implement strategies for student improvement.
· Parental Communication: Engage with parents, providing regular updates on student progress, curriculum changes, and examination results.
· Examination Coordination: Organize GCSE examinations, ensuring compliance with examination board standards and ICS protocols.
· Professional Development: Lead or participate in training sessions, workshops, and other professional development opportunities related to GCSE program improvement.

Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum.
