Job overview
We are looking for a well organised, efficient and professional person to provide administrative support to our Governing Body. The successful candidate will have experience of providing secretarial or clerical services and must be fully conversant with the requirements for confidentiality and discretion.
Start date: As soon as possible (subject to pre-employment checks)
Contract type: Casual, hours required as per the Governors' meeting schedule
Salary: £15 per hour
The Governing Body meets 18 times across the school year, either in the afternoon or early evening. Remuneration will cover attendance at meetings as well as time to write up the minutes.

Experience and skills
- Experience of minuting meetings is essential

- Proficient IT literacy (Microsoft)
