This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join Education in Motion (EiM) as Group Education Director. EiM is a growing international schools group that aspires to be the global leader in pioneering education for a sustainable future. The Group Director of Education is responsible for leading and overseeing the quality of education across the EiM network of schools. The Director of Education will ensure the highest standards of academic excellence and student satisfaction are achieved and maintained. Reporting to the Chief Education Officer and working closely with Group Directors, Heads and senior leaders across the family of schools, the Director of Education will drive the development and iterative improvement of teaching and learning, quality assurance and curriculum review. The Director of Education will contribute to the EiM culture of collaboration, offering guidance and support to school leadership and teachers on research based best practice.

The Group Education Director will be based in Shanghai or Singapore and must be able to commit to frequent international travel as required.
