Tarleton Academy are looking for a visionary individual to join us as our new Head of PE to lead our dynamic department and foster a culture of excellence in physical education and wellbeing.
As Head of PE, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership to the PE department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Inspire students to develop a love for sport, fitness, and healthy lifestyles.
- Plan and deliver an engaging, inclusive, and challenging curriculum that caters to all abilities.
- Support the professional development of your team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record of excellence in teaching PE
- Strong leadership skills with desirable experience in curriculum development and team management.
- A passion for PE and the ability to inspire students and colleagues alike.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
