Established in 1997, Northbridge International School Cambodia (NISC) is the country's leading IB school, held in high regard as a premium educational option. We are a growing and progressive educational community, currently catering to approximately 1000 students from 2-18 years old through our IB continuum PYP, MYP and DP programs. NISC is set within a spacious, modern 20-acre green campus, in the developing and vibrant capital city of Phnom Penh.
About the role
Resilient, organised and entrepreneurial, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the secondary school. We’ll look to you to provide effective leadership and advice to staff, students and parents while inspiring an atmosphere of energy, excitement and achievement. You will also be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and Educational Leadership Team.
About you
A strong communicator, you will bring significant experience of both teaching and management in a school environment. Your proven leadership and people management skills together with your knowledge of the International Baccalaureate programs will enable you to establish a high performing culture within the school.
Confident in a complex and fast-paced international environment, you will have the ability to design, implement and review organisational policies and new initiatives and grow and develop team members. You will relish the chance to work collaboratively with colleagues in the central team, the region and across the organisation.
A strong ambassador for the school, you will be able to develop new ways to engage students and parents with the wider school and Nord Anglia Education community. You will also be able to meet any visa-related restrictions for Cambodia.
