Our SEND department is at a pivotal stage in its growth, dedicated to providing tailored support and interventions for all students. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic individual who is eager to contribute to the continued development of our inclusive practices. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working within a SEND department and will demonstrate:

• The ability to support the department in delivering the highest standards of care and support for our pupils across Years 7-11.
• A strong understanding of current SEND practices and effective intervention strategies.
• The capability to work with students of varying abilities, providing tailored support across both key stages.
