Alongside this we are looking for an excellent communicator, who will work closely with our Marketing Department to help promote the excellent work going on in the school and to help with retention and recruitment into Year 12. The successful candidate should be an adaptable and innovative leader, a good motivator and administrator, and should be capable of managing key aspects of an expanding and high-profile British-style international school, with particular focus on helping Sixth Form pupils prepare for life beyond BCVN.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving the development of the school; ensuring a consistently positive experience for all our pupils. The role reports directly to the Head of College.
