The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys is looking to appoint an experienced Health & Safety Officer. As a Health and Safety Officer at our educational institution, you will create, implement, and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a secure and nurturing environment for our students, staff, contractors, and visitors.
This role may require occasional after-hours and weekend work for events and emergencies. Regular interaction with students, staff, parents, and outside contractors will be required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental health, Occupational Safety, Public Health, or other related field.
- A well-recognized international certification in Health and Safety is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in health and safety management, preferably within an educational sector.
- Knowledge of local and international health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in conducting safety training programs.
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
