An exciting opportunity has arisen at Fulbridge Academy for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team.

- You will be working alongside the class teacher to deliver the following roles and responsibilities:
- ● Organise and manage appropriate learning environments and relevant resources. linked to local and national learning strategies
- ● Work with the Teacher in lesson planning, attending some planning meetings, and evaluating and adjusting plans as appropriate.
- ● Undertake assessments and observations of children within your classroom, providing detailed and regular feedback on achievements, progress, problems, etc.
- ● Adapt and deliver learning activities with individual children, or small groups, who would benefit from different learning approaches (as agreed).
- ● Encourage and promote inclusion and acceptance.
- ● Prioritise safeguarding and well-being of the children at all times.
- ● Develop and maintain effective relationships with other staff, parents, and carers.
- ● Attend relevant meetings as required.
