The Campus

OneSchool Global Northampton Campus is a new bespoke campus located in Hunsbury, Northampton opened in September 2023, with the relocation of our Dunstable and Northampton Primary Campuses. Our campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology, ensuring that both online and face-to-face classes are catered for outstandingly. Our learning areas are thoughtfully designed to inspire innovation and create a future-ready environment for all students. We take pride in our small school atmosphere, providing personalised attention to our 182 students from Year 3 to Year 12.

The Position

We have the opportunity for a History and Global Perspectives Teacher to join our amazing Northampton campus on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking, highly motivated and truly inspirational practitioner, who will ensure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and the highest standards of care, learning and achievement for all pupils.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the National Curriculum for GCSE History, A level for Global Perspectives including exam specifications. You must have Qualified Teacher Status and a degree or similar History qualification and possess recent experience teaching History to students in KS3-KS4 and up to KS5 in Global Perspectives. You will need to be comfortable stepping away from traditional classroom teaching practices, to embrace modern teaching methods and technologies including video conferencing and online resources.
