We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic professional to join our administration team as a HR & Accounts Assistant. This dual-role position offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on both our HR and Finance departments, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting the overall efficiency of our school.

The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience in HR and/or finance roles, demonstrating strong organisational and time management skills essential for handling diverse responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial, alongside proficiency in using office software and financial systems. A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team setting are also highly valued traits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Support: Assist with recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, and coordinating interviews. Manage employee records, handle onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Accounts Assistance: Support the Finance department with tasks such as processing invoices, managing payroll, and maintaining accurate financial records. Assist with budget tracking, financial reporting, and liaising with external auditors.
  • Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support to the administration team.
