Plymouth CAST Multi-Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an HR Officer for its two secondary schools, Notre Dame Plymouth and St Boniface’s College. Acting with integrity, discretion and compassion you will deliver top quality HR support to the leadership team, and provide guidance to our large staff team, in this way ensuring that we as schools have happy and successful staff, delivering the best possible education to over 1000 students.
A CIPD Qualification is desirable, but opportunities for training will be provided for the right candidate. Previous experience of working in a HR role will be favoured. If you have worked in an educational environment that would be helpful, but it is not essential.

Girls attend Notre Dame School, and boys attend St Boniface's College. We have a joint Sixth Form that operates principally from Notre Dame.
