Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for education? We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to enhance and maintain our school's tech environment, ensuring students and staff have the best possible learning and working experience!

About the Role:
In this role, you'll provide top-notch technology support across our school, managing everything from Apple devices and JAMF for iPads to LED panels, network infrastructure, ERP, ID card printing, BYOD support, and IT inventory. If you're proactive, organized, and committed to a seamless, tech-driven learning environment, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Apple Device Management: Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain iPads, MacBooks, and Apple TVs.
JAMF Administration: Deploy and secure iPads for optimal classroom use.
Interactive LED Panel Support: Ensure educators get the most from our tech-enabled teaching tools.
Network Support: Keep our school connected by monitoring Wi-Fi and managing access points.
ERP System Support: Assist with ERP functionality and troubleshoot user issues.
ID Card Printing Management: Handle accurate and timely ID card printing.
BYOD Support: Facilitate secure device connectivity and compliance.
IT Inventory Management: Track and manage our tech assets for optimal resource planning.
General IT Support & Training: Serve as the main IT support contact, providing guidance and training for non-technical users.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Experience: 3+ years in IT support, ideally in a school or similar environment.
Technical Skills: Apple devices and JAMF proficiency, network troubleshooting, ERP familiarity.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented approach.
