Your Role as a Humanities Teacher
Dive into the exciting world of humanities and help shape the global thinkers of tomorrow. Your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching History, Geography, Environmental Management, or Global Perspectives.
- Designing engaging lessons that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Promoting cross-disciplinary learning and global awareness.
- Providing personalised academic and pastoral support to help pupils achieve their potential.
- Collaborating with like-minded educators to innovate and enrich the Humanities curriculum.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for passionate, dynamic, and committed educators who:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in History, Geography, Social Studies, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Possess a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Have experience teaching Humanities subjects
- Are familiar with the British National Curriculum.
- Have strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
- Embrace collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
