Join Our Team as a Curriculum Coordinator in Warm and Sunny Doha, Qatar!

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Curriculum Coordinator to join our growing team at Little Academy Nursery Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum for children aged four and under. Fluency in English as a native level speaker is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of individual children and promotes their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Evaluate and update existing curriculum materials to ensure they align with the latest educational standards and best practices.
• Train and support teaching staff in the implementation of the curriculum.
• Observe and document children's progress, ensuring that the curriculum effectively supports individual learning and development needs.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers about the curriculum and their child's development and progress.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure curriculum goals are aligned with the overall mission and vision of the nursery.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working in early childhood education, with a focus on curriculum development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of child development and the ability to create developmentally appropriate activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and lead training sessions for staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Native level English speaker.
