Arcadia Global School, Dubai is seeking to appoint an experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team in August 2025.The successful candidate will be working as part of the school, ensuring students in the primary school have the required support to maximise their full school experience.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or BA with PGCE, is a minimum requirement. 
  • Qualified Teacher with 2 years of experience in delivering the National Curriculum for England to students in KS1 & KS2 
  • Committed professional who is dedicated to raising standards in alignment with the School’s Vision, Mission and Values  
  • An outstanding practitioner with the ability to deliver innovative lessons built on current pedagogical thinking and forward-thing initiatives. 
  • Teacher with a natural desire to learn, contribute to and participate in the school's Professional Learning Community 
  • Skilled at using digital tools to ensure that learning is enriched and relevant. 
  • A professional who works collaboratively both within the immediate team and across the wider school community.

Core Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategic objectives through implementing school-wide initiatives and providing high-quality evidence that can aid school improvement drives
  • Manage equitable and efficient use of resources to ensure the curriculum and teaching provision is maintained within the class and is developed to meet the individual needs of learners. 
  • Be proactive in providing support and expertise in areas of the curriculum
  • Demonstrate understanding and utilisation of assessment data in the planning and delivery of lessons
  • Follow school guidelines for the delivery of the curriculum to ensure continuity, consistency and excellent outcomes for learners
