The Inclusion Department is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our hard working team. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate initiative, flexibility and an ability to work cooperatively with staff and students. They will be expected to support students, aged 11-18 years of age, who experience a range of learning difficulties.

This is a fixed term position until 17th July 2025 and will be reviewed at the end of this period.  

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.55am to 2.55pm, with unpaid breaks. Part-time positions are available. All staff are invited to do paid break duties at the rate of £15 per duty (depending on availability). In addition to this you can choose to increase your working hours from 8.30am to 3.30pm and this will lead to an increase in your basic pay.

Queensmead School is based in South Ruislip, Middlesex, and is a ‘Good’, oversubscribed 11-18 mixed comprehensive school where students achieve very highly and display ‘excellent behaviour’ (Ofsted).  It currently has around 1,450 students.
