We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Lettings Supervisor, working alternate weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), to provide an efficient and effective weekend lettings service to individuals and organisations hiring the school premises.

  • 20-25 hours per month
  • Working alternate weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Normal hours range from 08:30 to 16:30 on Saturday and 08:00 to 13:30 on Sunday
  • Salary (£24,027 FTE).


The Role

The successful applicant will supervise lettings at the school, ensuring they are appropriately undertaken in accordance with the school’s Lettings Policy . This service is aimed at meeting the needs of the hirers, ensuring a clean and safe environment is provided for external users of the school’s buildings and grounds and maintaining the security of the school site at all times.

It is important you have good communication and interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to communicate with adults, children and external agencies.

You will also: 

  • Have a good standard of literacy and numeracy
  • Be punctual, flexible, and have a responsible, organised approach to your work
  • Have the ability to work under pressure when required
  • Be trustworthy, and reliable in the maintaining of the security of the school site at all times
  • Be able to work in a team or on your own initiative
  • Be able to operate and understand basic electrical/mechanical systems
  • Have a good understanding of ICT
