This is a permanent, full time vacancy.

Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint a new Commercial Operations & Logistics manager. This role is a full-time position, working 52 weeks per year, and we are offering a salary of up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The primary role is to assist the Commercial Manager, by fully delivering operations for the fulfilment and delivery of DCSL business activity. Other roles and responsibilities include:

• Duty manage Commercial Lets at all Dean Close Foundation sites
• Provide excellent client liaison and provision of a high-quality facility hire service
• Manage day to day running of Residential Lets including liaising with Commercial Manager.
• Act as a point of contact within the Foundation for Residential Lets
• Assisting in 24 hr Emergency ‘on-call’ cover for Residential Lets.
• Maintain diaries for facility hire, external functions and DCSL activity ensuring resources and staff are allocated effectively to meet deadlines and requirements

An ideal candidate for this role would be resourceful, knowledgeable and a strong team player happy to work on their own and within a team. Ideally we would like to appoint a candidate who has an existing First Aid qualification, however full training for this will be provided.
