Job overview

We are looking for two enthusiastic Midday Supervisors to join our team.

You will have a key role in supporting the lunchtime experience for our students, both in the dining hall and outside. Working with your colleagues, you will need to ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of students whilst promoting positive dining experiences and fun activities. This is a part-time role for 12.5 hours per week.

To be successful, you will need to:

  • Have a positive and caring attitude
  • Be friendly and approachable with a helpful manner
  • Be reliable, organised and efficient
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be a positive team player
  • Be committed to ongoing staff development

Holding a current First Aid Certificate would be advantageous.

About us

Medeshamstede Academy is an all-through Academy for pupils aged 4 to 16. All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) for communication and interaction with a diagnosis of autism as their main presenting need.
