The governors are seeking to appoint a non-teaching Head of Year 7 and 8.

The successful candidate will:

  • foster a culture of high expectations and achievement within the school;
  • have the ability to motivate students and enable them to make sustained progress;
  • have a key role in leading and implementing school behaviour and attendance policies;
  • genuinely care about the welfare of all young people.
