The governors are seeking to appoint a non-teaching Head of Year 7 and 8.
The successful candidate will:
- foster a culture of high expectations and achievement within the school;
- have the ability to motivate students and enable them to make sustained progress;
- have a key role in leading and implementing school behaviour and attendance policies;
- genuinely care about the welfare of all young people.
