Job overview

The room leader is a qualified childcare practitioner with responsibility for the care and education of the children attending each day. They oversee the day-to-day running of the room that they are based in and are expected to help lead the provision of a high-quality learning environment within Westonbirt Nursery. The room leader will play an active role in supervising staff and imparting their knowledge and skills to others. They are creative and reflective leaders able to implement new ideas and use a range of strategies to continually improve practice and support the Nursery Manager and wider team.

Hours, Salary & Benefits:

Hours: Full time role, 40 hours per week. Year round, permanent role. We also have the option of a part time position available, with hours to be discussed. Please note which role you are applying for when you submit your application.
