Join Surbiton High Girls’ Preparatory School as a One-to-One Learning Support Assistant (1:1 LSA) and make a meaningful impact on the educational journey of a specific pupil in Reception. As a vital member of our dedicated team, you will have the unique opportunity to provide personalised support, ensuring the academic, social, and emotional needs of the pupil are met with care and expertise. This rewarding role involves collaborating closely with our experienced teaching staff, the Head of Learning Support (SENCO), and the Head of the Girls’ Preparatory School. 


Start date: November 2024  

Tenure: Temporary (throughout the pupil’s tenure at the school)

Part-time: Part-time: 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 36 weeks per year. These hours will be arranged to best support the pupil and their timetable throughout the week.

Surbiton High School has approximately 1600 pupils aged between 4 and 18. Our Preparatory Schools are divided into the Girls’ Preparatory School and Boys’ Preparatory School, and the Senior School is girls only from age 11 upwards.
