 The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys is looking to appoint an experienced Operations Officer. The Operations Officer plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing various operational activities within the school to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. This includes overseeing the facilities, coordinating logistics, and leading the school to maintain a safe and conducive environment for students, staff, and visitors. The School Operations Officer works closely with different stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and support the overall functioning of the school.

 Requirements:       

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or other related field.
  • Previous experience in school operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, facilities management, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
