Your Role:

As a Japanese language teacher at EK Outreach, you will:

Tailor Lessons: Customise your teaching approach to suit the individual needs of each student, ensuring they receive the best possible support.

Engage and Inspire: Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to keep students engaged and motivated.

Support Diverse Needs: Work with students who may have learning difficulties, special educational needs, or those who require additional support.

Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and report on student progress, adapting lessons as necessary to achieve learning goals.

 

What we are looking for:

Fluent Japanese.

Previous teaching experience, especially with students of varying abilities.

Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach to teaching.

Ability to develop and implement creative lesson plans.
