Looking for something a little different? We are seeking to appoint Pastoral Manager teacher to work with our small, enthusiastic team at a unique farm setting. Our school is a small SEND independent school with 40 EHCP students.
The ideal candidate will work closely with identified groups of pupils to improve attendance, well-being, behaviour and academic achievement that will enable students to become successful young adults. They will provide additional capacity to both SLT and the teaching teams through making phone calls and home visits, mentoring and tutoring as well as supervising pupils learning independently.
