Pastoral Support Lead

As our Pastoral Support Lead you will be part of an amazing team promoting an inclusive and nurturing ethos where all students feel supported and valued.

The successful candidate will have experience of mentoring, coaching or working with young people, by providing leadership and support around pupil welfare, behavioural and attendance issues.

We are looking for someone who has the courage to challenge students to be their best and support in removing barriers to learning to ensure they reach their full potential.

The Pastoral Support Lead will provide outstanding operational support to promote whole school behaviour strategies, ensuring that students comply with the school’s expectations as set out in the Behaviour Policy. In and around school we expect children to keep to this simple code:

This role is an exciting and varied one dedicated to improving student welfare by providing great levels of guidance to our students and in fostering productive home-school links with our families in a supportive way.
