We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and efficient Personal Assistant to the Headteacher/Office Manager to join our dedicated team and help support the smooth running of our school’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Headteacher, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.).
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of the Headteacher.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Headteacher, liaising with parents, staff, governors, and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
  • Manage the coordination of school events, staff meetings, and other important activities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the school office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Support the Headteacher in implementing school policies, procedures, and strategies.
  • Manage school documentation and general school administration.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in line with school safeguarding policies.
  • Assist with office management duties, such as inventory management, supply ordering, and general upkeep of the office environment.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to support recruitment processes, payroll, and budget tracking where required.
