Sir William Perkins's School is looking to recruit a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant to support our Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for providing comprehensive administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). You will manage their diaries and arrange appointments as appropriate and act as a liaison between between SLT, staff, parents, students and external stakeholders. You will assist the team with organising and maintaining reports and documents and will prepare and distribute agendas and other material for meetings. You will be handling confidential information so must do so with the utmost discretion.  

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation skill and will have strong written and verbal communication abilities. You will be proficient in Microsoft packages and have a good level of general education. If you have a passion for education and possess exceptional administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.

Sir William Perkins’s School is a high-performing, academically selective, independent girls’ school for approximately 600 students aged 11 – 18 years. The Head is both a member of HMC and GSA.
