We want to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our large and supportive Teaching Assistant team. As a member of our Teaching Assistant (TA) team, you will work closely with other TAs and teachers to support the education offer for young people with a range of SEND. We are particularly interested in someone who has experience of working with young adults with more complex needs, management of behaviour and 1-1 behaviour support.

Newfriars College is an Independent Specialist Day College in North Staffordshire dedicated to supporting young people with learning difficulties and disabilities aged 16–25.

Working hours: 32.5 hours per week, Term Time only plus 5 inset days (working 39 weeks)
