The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, resilient and possess a good sense of humour. They must have proven skills in working as part of a team and demonstrate a willingness to work effectively within a unique educational partnership comprising Bowden Primary and Bowden House School in Seaford, East Sussex. They will be classroom-based, with HLTA support, and will be supported by the Head of School together with a team from Bowden House School, who all passionately believe in the importance of the right education for every child.
