The team are well established and have a passion to support students as well as new staff entering the team. This is a highly motivated and dedicated team who strive to offer the best training not only in the Southwest but nationally.

These efforts were recently recognised with two nominations at the Annual IMI Awards 2023 for outstanding contribution to the motor industry and Provider of the year. In 2024 we were shortlisted again for Provider of the year, Thatcham Research being the eventual winner of this award.

We are at present the only college in the Southwest to have successfully completed this T Level curriculum for light and electric vehicles and were also part of a national training programme for other colleges.

Due to our growth in student numbers, we are looking for someone who has experience of diagnosing complex faults in mechanical and electrical systems, engine management and systems such as air conditioning and ADAS.

Having a teaching qualification or having experience of teaching would be advantageous but not essential as we provide teacher and assessing training. We are interested in people who are willing to stretch themselves and take themselves out of their comfort zone.

We are looking for a team player who wants to add experience and passion for the automotive sector to our amazing team.

We have heavily invested in new technology with industry leading equipment such as our 4-wheel camera alignment and Electric Vehicle resources. We have a selection of diagnostic platforms from Snap-On to Autel scopes, ADAS equipment with vehicles to meet the needs of industry training.

We also run a live MOT bay which delivers training across the Southwest to independent and dealerships.
