We are looking to appoint a School Administration Office Manager to lead and manage the work of the Reception and Administration team. This post will be 32.5 hours per week starting at 8.00am to 3.00pm. The successful candidate will ensure a high-quality output of written and verbal communication from Woodbrook Vale. They will, therefore, need to have an excellent standard of communication and a good working knowledge of computer information and communication software.

The successful candidate will:

  • Enhance and promote the image of the school through the administration and organisation of parents’ evenings and celebration assemblies as directed by the senior team.
  • Provide administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team covering phone calls, emails and letters as well as occasionally taking minutes.
  • Ensure Woodbrook Vale School has a reputation for quality and excellence and that its ethos and values are fully embodied in all communication coming from main office.
  • Manage and support the work of the Reception and Admin team.
  • Be willing to undertake First Aid training
