Job overview

We require forward thinking outstanding and skilled School Wellbeing Lead, provides Whole School leadership in mental health and wellbeing, including promotion, education, training, initiatives, resources, policies, and procedures.

Successful applicants need to:

a) Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

b) Be a confident decision maker.

c) Have a sound knowledge of safeguarding framework and regulations.

d) Be confident working with external agencies.

e) Be directly answerable to the Headteacher and undertake tasks as directed.

f) Possess good literacy and communication skills in challenging environments for report writing.

g) Be flexible in their approach to work.

h) Be either proficient in the Team Teach model or willing to undertake the necessary training.

i) Possess emotional resilience due to the nature of the work.

j) Be able to build and maintain strong pupil relationships.

k) Take an active role in their own supervision.
