Keys Stage 3 and 4 Science Teacher

Durham School Dubai opened in August 2022 with pupils from Foundation Stage to Year 8. Since opening we have added Years 9 and 10 and continued growth is confidently expected with the Senior School eventually extending to offer A Levels in the sixth form.

Our first Year 10 pupils have commenced their IGCSE programme and we are seeking an outstanding and talented senior science teacher to join our blossoming Science Department. To join Durham School Dubai at this exciting stage is a unique, challenging and rewarding opportunity. It requires enthusiasm, commitment and considerable flexibility. The successful candidate will be required to take up the position in Dubai in Januray 2025.

Given the tight timeline, early applications are strongly advised.

The role will require the successful candidate to teach the science curriculum from Years 7 - 10 and prepare to lead Y11 through IGCSEs in the summer of 2025. Experience in teaching IGCSE Science is essential.
