The Role: Second in Department of Modern Foreign Languages

We are seeking an exceptional Second in Department of Modern Foreign Languages to join our dynamic and collaborative team of linguists. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development, deliver engaging extra-curricular activities, and line manage a team of dedicated teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within our team of linguists to deliver a high-quality Modern Foreign Languages curriculum
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the department's curriculum
• Deliver a range of extra-curricular activities to enhance students' language learning experiences
• Line manage a team of teachers, providing support, guidance, and performance management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified teacher status with a strong background in Modern Foreign Languages
• Proven experience in curriculum development and delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Desirable Qualities:

• Passion for language education and a commitment to inspiring students
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team
• Experience in extra-curricular activity planning and delivery
