Responsible to: Secondary Director of Education

Main Location: Romero Central Office with travel to other sites

Required to commence 1st January 2025

The Secondary Behaviour and Attendance Lead will support the Director of Education (Secondary) in the core mission of the Trust and in the delivery of the Trust’s Education Strategy. He/she will promote the high expectations for all pupils across Trust schools.

As an exceptional leader, the successful individual will work alongside, and support, individual schools to improve their attendance and behaviour systems, processes, and procedures, identifying barriers and providing solutions to improve attendance and behaviour.

The role is based in our Trust Headquarters as well as regularly working onsite in our schools. There is a requirement to work flexibly, including some early evenings.
