The Vale Primary Academy are looking to appoint a SEN Support Assistant to join our academy in February 2025, on a part time, temporary basis.  

Interviews are taking place in January 2025.

Your new role

As an SEN Support Assistant, you will provide one to one personal support for pupils with additional needs who are in receipt of an Education Health Care Plan. 

The role is for 5 days per week, 3.5 hours per day. 12noon until 3.30pm.  

Hours: 17.5  hours per week / Term Time only (38 weeks)

The Vale Primary Academy caters for just over 250 boys and girls between the ages of three and 11. The school is situated on the boundary of Knottingley and Ferrybridge, three miles from Pontefract and four miles from Castleford.
