Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
• Develop and implement personalized learning plans in collaboration with classroom teachers.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies to address diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting plans as necessary to support their development.
• Work closely with parents, teachers, and external specialists to ensure comprehensive support.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.

Requirements:

• A recognized teaching qualification with specialization in Special Educational Needs.
• Experience working with students with a range of SEN, preferably within a British curriculum school.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive education.
