We are looking for a qualified or in-training SENCO who can assist the current SENCO with:
· Determining the strategic development of special educational needs (SEN) policy and provision in the school
· Being responsible for day-to-day operation of the SEN policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability
- An outstanding teacher with excellent subject knowledge, including the teaching of phonics and who can teach across the school.
- A proven track record of achieving high standards.
- A practitioner with very high expectations of our children
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Sympathy with and support of our Christian ethos.
- An ‘above and beyond attitude’
