An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a Senior Administrator to play a key role at Hallmoor School.

Hallmoor School caters for the needs of an increasingly diverse pupil population with a wide range of educational difficulties, ranging from moderate, severe, and complex needs. Some pupils also present with communication, physical, sensory, behavioural, or autistic difficulties requiring additional adult support and specialist intervention.


The successful candidate will be professional, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. They will be able to multitask and manage a varied workload prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. They will have strong ICT, literacy and communication skills.

 Being part of our school office team offers an exciting range of challenges, you are at the centre of the efficient working of our school working directly with our most important stakeholders – our children, their families and our staff. Under the direction of the Headteacher, but with personal responsibility and autonomy, you will have a direct impact on helping to ensure our school remains successful in the care and education of our children.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Responsibility for the school’s MIS and administrative functions
  • EHCP administration
  • Providing HR and Finance support to the School and Trust Central Team
  • Providing excellent reception and switchboard support to the school
  • Minuting meetings as required.

Hallmoor School specialises in the education of pupils aged 4 to 19 years with cognition, learning and communication difficulties, all of whom have an Education Health and Care Plan. Pupils within the school have a wide range of learning needs which may include SLD and ASD.
